Everyone at Jordan Carstar was friendly and professional. Makayla, Kayla and Leah were fantastic and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Jordan Carstar and will definitely return for any repairs needed in the future.

I worked with Leah through the process and she was great. I had some paint done that was not covered by my insurance and I paid out of pocket for. Also has some window tinting done. The work looks awesome and I am very happy with it. It wasn't cheap, definitely cost a bit more than I anticipated but I know the work is of best quality and has a warranty with it. Thanks again!

I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the quality work completed on my older model Camry. Dean took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my specific questions. Makayla kept me updated daily on the progress of the work and was always available to answer questions. The auto body technicians did a great job. I am a repeat customer at CarStar Jordan Road because of the great work they did on a previous job. I will definitely recommend this collision shop to others.

Dean Warne was very professional and easy to work with throughout my car window tint/ front clear bra job. Please relay my appreciation to the installer for tinting the rear window gratis when it was omitted from the quote.

Too many surveys

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I was very happy with the communication, I was kept in the loop on every step. Unfortunately my car was totaled so I didn’t have experience with repairs, but they made they made the process of this bad situation very easy.

We were kept informed of the repair process throughout the entire experience and knew when our car would be ready. The repair looked fantastic. Everything was done in a friendly and professional manner.

I haven't driven the van much since picking it up. Seems to be fine.

I wouldn’t have made a claim if a scrape on the side of a car would have totaled out a vehicle - yet it took 30 days to recognize this. I could have gotten the wheel fixed and not made a claim, but 30 days of rental car later I didn’t have a choice.

I’m pretty sure I already explained this in a survey I took but I’ll explain again: I built some homemade drawers in the back of my SUV and upon picking up my vehicle from the body shop, I noticed one of the drawers was making noise while driving. When I got home, I opened my rear liftgate to see what was making all of the noise and I noticed one of the locks that keeps my drawer secured was bent and damaged. The direction that it was bent signified that somebody had tried very hard to open the drawer. It was very easy to tell that it was locked which means somebody ignored it and tried very hard to get into my personal belongings. I spoke to Leah and the general manager and they both insisted that they know who works for them and that it could not have happened while in their possession. I understand that nobody wants to think they hired unprofessional employees, however, things can still happen and my vehicle was in no one else’s possession... At the time, I didn’t think anything was damaged enough to need replacing so I didn’t worry about it after speaking with the GM. However, over the past couple weeks, I have once again noticed my drawer making more noise than usual and the lock itself is more easily able to be manipulated. With that being said I plan on replacing it in the near future because it has obviously been compromised due to an employee at CARSTAR Jordan.
