The work done was great. Reasonably priced, beautiful workmanship, and done in a timely manner. I would suggest improving the communication part. I was very impressed with the amount of communication I received regarding the repair of our vehicle. I got a step by step notification of every step of the process and the car was completed a week earlier than expected.
Also, having the rental car process in place was extremely helpful - it was great for my husband to be able to get a ride to Enterprise as well as the simple pick-up/drop off process facilitated by Carstar.
Really awesome job - I researched quite a few places to bring our vehicle to for repairs and Carstar lived up to and beyond all of the positive reviews!

Lack of clear communication regarding when the car repairs would be be finished. I was told for three weeks that it could be done by the end of the week; there was no contact from Carstar with any update- I had to call to get any information. Employees were always courteous.
