Aside from a little tape inside gas tank cover n some tape on underside all was great!

The team was great at communicating and coordinating - making my insurance repair work smoothly and with little to no involvement from me, making everything easy and stress-free.

Even though my car was totaled and they had to get it taken away in the end, they were professional for the bit I had to interact with them.

Although my truck was totaled, the Employees at CARSTAR were always there to help when I had questions - They had answers. They were very cordial and caring. Losing my 14-year old truck that I had driven all over the USA and even to Mirabel, Canada, where I worked on Aircraft, was very traumatic for me. I loved my cute Toyota truck - and they understood. I thank you very much.

I’m such a fan of the Carstar at 15324 E Hinsdale Dr in Centennial, CO 80112. They’ve repaired 2 of my cars. When my 2014 Nissan Rogue got hit by another driver without insurance, I was frustrated about having to pay the deductible for my repairs. After I saw how incredible the car looked when it was fixed though, I knew I brought it to the right place. I’ve been back to the same location several times because of that. When someone backed into my 2015 Infiniti Q50, there was no doubt about where I wanted to take my car to get it fixed. And this time the offending party was insured. I never worried. I knew Carstar would have me fixed up and looking new again in no time. Most recently when I used Carstar, it was a pretty unfortunate incident, but I knew they could help, and they did. I was doing a lot of highway driving for a job. At some point a rock or something broke the trim around the grille on my car. Frustrated about how it would fling in the wind when I drove sometimes, I tried to repair it myself and discovered I needed a whole new grille. Once I got the grille, I discovered you have to take the whole front bumper off to install it. I knew I needed Carstar again. And like always, they came through. I’m grateful they have worked so well with me over the years, and plan to continue our relationship as the need arises in the years to come.
