Something happened to the shifter while in the shop and we have to take it back to get fixed. Wish this was repaired when the tech broke it or at least let us know about it.

Gave my car to fix the back door, they have noticed a small chip on the front windshield
after I gave the car and didn't even notice to me, later after 2 months when they are returning the car they still didn't tell me the windshield cracke and didn't even give me a walk through around the when delivering my car and when I noticed the cracked windshield and went back in to ask they tell that it was cracked before and say they forgot to notify me that the windshield cracked, I wouldn't ever go there or recommend anyone to that place. They didn't even clean the car outside when delivering the car

Great communications, although I was not aware during the repair process of the extent of supplemental work required. Obviously all work was approved by my insurance company so my cost was unaffected, but it would have been helpful to include supplemental claims above and beyond the original estimate with your updates. A couple items (cargo compartment lid and cargo area mat) were inadvertently not replaced before car was picked up so another trip was needed to retrieve those. The actual repair appears to be high quality and that is the most important part of my experience. I would recommend Carstar to others and would use Carstar again.
