Numerous issues with my repairs at your facility. The most egregious is how you blatantly left my vehicle uncovered without the windshield and the back window down with no regard for the sun damage on the interior along with the months of dust that settled in my interior. When I addressed this with Leah I was assured that it would be returned as clean as when I had dropped it off. Obviously not the case. Not only was it a minimal, pothetic attempt at a quick wipe down, the interior had a musty smell as well. And to ‘top it off’ the back light was replaced with a cover, unlike my original that was equipped with an on and off button. The rubber rails were loose and not fully glued down. And the customer service was non existent. I had to constantly call to get any kind of an update.

My car was covered with a fine white dust inside. There was some gook on the inside of windows that I’m still trying to get off and splotches of a white material on the inside of my door panel that won’t come off. I guess I was expecting to get my car back clean inside. Everything else was great.

They did not replace the leaf spring that was damage from the accident to replace my vehicle Depre loss condition and when I confronted the representative at the walk-through about it he told me that the mechanic said that it was within specifications even though it’s bent and then he looked at me with a smile and told me that I could take it to a real mechanic or the dealership and have them fix it I don’t know how you make that right. Now I’m dropping my truck off tomorrow at the dealership because they said if the leaf springs are not lined up and they’re bent it’s not within specifications and the dealership is going to fix it. Also my insurance company doesn’t understand why they didn’t replace it even though it was on the appraisal to be replaced.

The communication was quite poor. I received updates later than when I was told to expect them, when I reached out directly to see what was going on I got conflicting information or completely opposite information on timeline, status, etc. The very first day I went there for the pre-estimate, the woman who helped me was really nice. After that the communication was never as smooth.

Pitiful service. Never met any dates. Took a month to do an average job on **** panel. Took so long the insurance car coverage ran out 2 weeks before the job was finished. I would not bank on receiving insurance business much longer.

Carstar made it easy to stop in for an estimate. They scheduled the repair within a few days. Only downfall is they didn't call and give me updates as they said they would. I had to call and ask for updates on my own.
