The updates were great the customer service was great. However since getting my car back my windows don’t roll up or down correctly and I just had to replace my battery as well. Once getting my car back it has been problematic.

Terrible experience,
Quality control is a literal joke at this location.
Our fleet of over cars will never use car star again under any circumstances.
The manager at this location has a lot of training and customer service to complete.
Between insurance fraud and terrible service.
