The car was very dusty inside from being in the shop. There seemed to be a thick whitish coating layer. There was an attempt to clean it by your team, but there were several spots missed on the dash and in the back end that needed to be wiped down after I got the car back. The fabric on the ceiling also needed to be vacuumed. Also, there was a plastic piece left loose on the passenger side floor that appears to be a cover to something. I haven't had the time yet to figure out where it needs to be attached, I believe it should be under the dash somewhere. Most importantly, there is a loud flapping/ticking noise coming from the back end when driven, and gets louder at highway speeds. If it continues over next couple of weeks I will need to call and have your shop take a look. It's very annoying and was not there before the repairs took place. In addition, my passenger rear tire had low air pressure, which we had to fill.
