Vicktor and Harley were great. They were very responsive explained the process clearly and got my tesla fixed in record time. The front desk ladies not so much, when i was making final payment i asked if there is any Hendrick promotion or coupon which could be applied she rudely said its not walmart. I am Hendrick customer for a decade i know that there are promotions or coupons for service.

Following a car accident in early November, I had my car towed to Hendrick for the repair work. Unfortunately, damage to the shift connector was not discovered until all the other repairs were completed. I had to take my car into my usual auto repair place where the problem was diagnosed. That took 2 days. I am scheduled to bring it in next week for the actual repairs to be done.

I am completely satisfied the mechanical part of the work but there is plenty of room to improve on your communication and administration part. Because of the poor communication, I lost insurance sponsored vehicle, which caused tremendous amount of difficulty to manage my daily work.
