There are fingerprints on my passenger window that Won’t come off, also on my trunk. Furthermore, the paint job isn’t perfect, meaning it looking like slight scratch marks lightly across the top - I haven’t gone to any car wash only washed by hand and used chamois to dry when I noticed this. It’s matched perfectly, but it’s not quite right, unfortunately. I feel like the window prints I’ll eventually get clean, but I fear the trunk prints will not, but I’m hopeful.

It’s complicated…. My work was completed, but it took 2 weeks after I got a call to get the car for y’all to actually allow me to have it. Something about State Farm sending the check to the wrong place. I don’t understand why that was my problem. You guys know they are good for it I suggest when working with a major insurance company (like State Farm), don’t hold the car hostage while working out the details. Or don’t call me to say the car is ready if it’s actually not

The work was great but my vehicle was there from July 23 until September 23 which I feel was too long. I understand that the insurance was an issue as well as employee illness which delayed work being done. I also understand having issues with parts . The updates I received were helpful but very frustrating at times as they were generic. I really didn't know what was going on. I am very satisfied with the work, my car looks great, the process was just lengthy and very stressful for me. I feel that Karen and Kayla did a good job and were also frustrated with the insurance company. I have always trusted Hendrick with my car and will continue to do so . This experience is something that I hope that I never have again.

The repairs were done perfectly. The team kept me informed of the delays due to supply chain issues. While the repair took 2 months, I was very satisfied that my car was in good hands, and Chris H and Dean cared about keeping me informed. Thank you! I hope I never need to have collision repair again but I will definitely recommend you guys.

Over spray was all over the car. I had to bring it back to point it out. The service guys Cory and his boss were nice enough to correct it. Today I found my the plastic trim around my quarter panel was not snapped on properly and there’s significant amount of over spray on my windshield. I’ve been completely inconvenienced During this 2 month process. I’m very disappointed in the quality.
