I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this auto shop. They promised to call me with updates but never did—I had to call every single day for the last two weeks with them just to find out what was going on. They kept delaying the estimated finish date multiple times. Due to them ordering the wrong bumper and major miscommunications between them and my insurance. When I finally got the call to pick up the car, the rim they replaced was chipped and a completely different color from the rest. They also completely disregard the chipped bottom of my car door. When I brought these issues up, their “fix” was just barely painting over the scratches and chips instead of actually repairing them. After three weeks of delays, I was left with an unfinished job and even more frustration. When I asked for help with pricing because of their mistakes, they refused and said it wasn’t their fault and not to blame. Overall, terrible communication, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional or reliable service, unfortunately.
