I had an excellent experience with Friendly Chevrolet during a very stressful time, and Lisa was the main reason why. From start to finish, she provided outstanding communication, professionalism, and customer service that made the entire repair process much easier to deal with. Her attention to detail and genuine care for keeping me informed truly stood out. Lisa kept me updated every step of the way regarding the status of my vehicle repairs and made sure I always knew what to expect. Her transparency and reassurance gave me confidence that my car would be repaired correctly and efficiently, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. She made a difficult situation far less stressful and provided a level of customer service that is hard to find.

So I had you guys repair my vehicle after I got T-Boned and my reason for letting Friendly do the repairs was because we have purchased vehicles since 1993 and you offered a Lifetime warranty on repairs. I brought it in for a recent wreck to be fixed and had concerns on the work done that would now be warranty work. Brent and myself had a conversation where he said nothing about the old work looked wrong and when I asked about things that weren't on the new quote that were brought up when I brought it in he had nothing to say. I told him to make sure that the new repairs would be gone over with lots of detail and wouldn't accept it until it was 100% correct since obviously Friendly doesn't offer a Lifetime warranty...he told me that he knew Friendly wouldn't be able to satisfy me and to pick my vehicle up. Mark Eddins and I have met on several occasions and I would like for him to know that he will never get another vehicle purchase from anyone in my family. I will also be releasing a video of the less than good work that was done so all people know not to choose Friendly for their collision needs. Friendly is nothing more than a subpar dealership any longer that isn't trustworthy.

car had couple of dents which the service team agreed to repair but last 2-3 weeks, some reason or other the dent guy is not there or communicated to me that he won't be there when he was actually there. overall i expected better service. i got the car new from your dealership and thats why i got it repaired there.
