No am not satisfice Because they crash my truck during an oil chache visit they supone to fix ir but now the radiador Stars to léak and they told me that esa because of the miles etc but all this Stars sence the crash i want them to take responsability and fix my truck because sometimos problems star to aper after crash and that is my case

The repair went four days past the expected date and all I got was an email two days after I was supposed to pickup my car stating the delay of the repair. I called sometimes twice a day from the day before the anticipated completion to the day actual day of completion, and no one called back. The only reason I got a detailed update, is because I drove up to the repair shop. Andrew was my point of contact and the where I left all my voicemails. But when I showed up at the shop and asked why he never called me back with more detail, he basically fake blamed the other guy in the office, asking him why he never called me with an update. I'm not stupid, and I immediately recognized what he was doing. I'm over it now and I don't need a call because there really isn't anything you can do. The car is fixed. But just to be clear, the two automated email was not sufficient. The communication was terrible. Ulonda H

Friendly Chevy provided the worst customer service and this is in regards to both the service and collision departments. My car was in the shop for almost 2 months! This was for minor repairs! I am completely dissatisfied and deeply regret choosing this location for the work!

Muffler was not replaced and insurance paid for it. Scratches on my car that were not there before. Gate in trunk not working. I am having to take my car in for the third time to hopefully get it fixed.

Clay Price is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Nobody wants to ever be involved in a car accident and go through all the mess of dealing with insurance, paperwork and stress. Clay made the process seamless. He communicated with me well throughout the entire time they repaired my pick up truck. The truck looks great and Clay is by far one of the best employees you have there. Keep up the good work! Thank you, Jeremy C

Your techs do absolutely horse **** work! My car was in for service and was damaged in your shop (electrical repair not body work) so the collision center fixed it. I had to waste my time coming to the dealership 3 times before my car was acceptable to pick up. First time the fender / door gap was way off, second and third times the fender / hood gaps were off. I don't work in the auto industry and even I could see the work was terrible from 20 feet way. Your techs work on Chevrolet's all day at a Chevrolet dealership and they couldn't see how bad their work was??? Don't bother calling me, I don't want to talk to you. Go ask Caleb or Ivan about how bad the customer service was on the 2018 Blue Camaro that was there for the last couple of months.
