There is not enough THANK YOU's that can be said to your Team of Outstanding Agents.From the time I arrived to get the estimate done to when the repairs were completed. Russ,Mari and Haley's exceptional customer service are far superior to any other business that I have dealt with.This Dynamic Trio kept me at ease and went beyound their jobs to Track down a certain management person who seemed to be dodging calls.You have a customer for as long as I may need repairs on any vehicle I may own. Thanks to these Employees.A job well done may seem a small reward for these hardworking employees. They deserve more a promotion/pay raise/paid vacation something bigger. Will be completely happy when the other headlight has been cleared. I have an appointment Wednesday at two to have that done. I think having the loaner car a whole week before any work was done on my car was excessive. I would not have been happy if I was paying for that loaner car myself, and I don’t think the insurance company is probably happy either. otherwise I thought you did a good job! Thank you!

Everyone was so nice! I was kept informed when a problem came up and I really appreciated it when you called my insurance to get the O.k. one suggestion I have is to call all phone #'s When you haven't heard back from a customer. I would have found out earlier my car was complete!

I would like to share my thoughts. ****. My truck needed to be scheduled 3 months in advance. I understand backlogs but that seemed excessive. 2. What should of taken 10 days turned into 31 days. My vehicle was pulled outside and parked while waiting for the insurance company to approve add ons. In that case, get busy and contact the ins. company daily. Don't just stop working on it and wait for them to call you. 3. I had a terrible window leak after it was returned to me. That should of been found before I picked up the truck. Resulting in another scheduled appointment back. My first experience with Jordan Carstar was very positive on our Kia. This time however, I was not as pleased. I felt more things were in your control to make this a better experience. It just didn't happen. mk

I was originally referred to this CarStar shop by a car broker. This shop did a great job repairing a family member's car, so it was a no brainer to go to them to repair damage recently done to my vehicle. Even though it was about an hour drive from my house, it was well worth going there. When I got my vehicle back recently I was so pleased with the results. It looks like a brand new car. They communicated with me throughout the repair process, all employees were professional and super helpful, and I appreciate the cleanliness of this business.

I wasn't completely satisfied with the communication between the rental services, the insurance and carstar. Carstar could have been more helpful in the situation by preparing and speaking with customers. It's a loss of time on all parties if the lines don't connect, so why not eliminate those issues to prevent that? Then couldn't even be sympathetic or empathetic to the frustration of their client and then wanted to act somewhat unprofessionally. People are allowed to be frustrated without needing to be judged or treated differently... having a car accident is stressful enough, you would think you would want to make your clients as happy as possible and reduce stress in an already stressful situation, this wasn't the case. Made it more stressful. Makes it to where clients don't want to return for future repairs. I have now been to 2 different locations and I had bad experiences with both, starting to think it's just how the company is. I didn't return to the one closer to my house because I had a terrible experience, instead I chose one completely out of my way and wasn't much happier. Not to mention, they left their dirty paper floor mats in my car, covered with mud and dirt... I get the weather was bad but they couldn't clean up their mess? Couldn't pick up their trash? Couldn't wipe down the mud from their shoes and cleanup my car? I didn't bring it in that condition. It would be better to remove the mats for the customer or remove them and replace them when the car is being passed back to the client and give a quick cleaning. I absolutely loved that the outside of my car was very nicely cleaned. I liked the nice white lady with the brunette hair who checked me out... very pleasant and very professional. However the rude young white lady with blonde hair and a nose piercing couldn't even look up from her desk, greet us or acknowledge we were in the building (as she was the rude person we first had to deal with) I had to come back to check in my car a week after my original appointment because of an issue with the insurance and the rental car. The blonde lady treated me bad the day I had to cancel and the day I had to return then again when I picked up my vehicle... I loved they got done with my car early but was a little frustrated when they didn't give me any warning that the car was on track to finish early. No indication of that. It could help if you sent a text stating it will be done early. I was on my way out of town for work thinking my car wasn't supposed to be done until Tuesday and it's Friday. What if I was in a position I couldn't turn around? It would help to prepare better if a text was sent that the car could be done the next business day. I liked the 2 car inspectors, very nice to deal with. It would be beneficial to change some policies and better train their staff on how to handle situations. I may have had a better experience without insurance involved (too many hands in the cookies jar and not enough follow up) however I wouldn't recommend to anyone and certainly wouldn't bring my car back. Everything else was great but the cons outweigh the pros in this situation.
