When I was suppose to pick my car up they would tell me it’s not ready the day of instead of calling me to let me know it’s not done yet. The second time I called them the day before my car was suppose to be done and it wasn’t done again. That happened 2 more times before is was suppose to be done. I had to call and ask every single time. Not once did they call me first to tell me they need to push the pick up date back. I don’t care that the date kept getting pushed back, but the way they did not communicate anything to me. I had to talk to my Geico claims person and they would get the answer for me.
