The repair was excellent, it looks brand new (as a 2021 car with only 3300 miles on it should.) I understand the parts supply chain issues that caused the repair to stretch to nearly 2 months - but a little bit more communication would have been comforting, instead of my wondering if my car was sold overseas or something haha. A weekly call, or a text when the parts were delayed- something to keep me informed. One other small issue - my car smelled faintly of marijuana. Instead of the brand new car smell, I had an odor lingering - likely a transfer from someone’s clothing into the fabric of the seats. Has to use a bit of Febreze and air it out. Maybe hate a word with the employees that move the cars around that people like me in federal law enforcement aren’t a fan of that smell.

My vehicle was given back to me dirty. I keep a clean interior and I had foot prints all in my car and a print on my passenger seat. My radio and modifications were also messed with and I had exterior collision work done, nothing to do with my interior. Pretty sure my car wasn't disinfected either and we're still going through a pandemic.

I was told everything would be repainted on my car except for the lift gate. The front bumper was not painted. Also they did not preform the oil change that was supposed to be done while there. So I had to bring the car back again.

Not all damaged parts were replaced and should have been. I had to take the mud guard off and reinstall it correctly. Four plastic connectors were missing that held the inner fender liner in place, which I bought and installed. Still waiting for the lug nuts and wheel center cap.

My car was returned with red markings in front hood and passenger side and front windshield. Car should have been cleaned on the outside before telling me the car was ready. They didn’t discard tire from cargo space, I had to go back to dealership for them to take it out. So unprofessional, rush job!

As I've stated before, from the beginning, the adjuster didn't do what was asked of him by my insurance company. He chose to do things "the way he's always done them", which is what caused the first delay in getting the supplement approved. That was delayed by at least 10 days- so that's at least one week of car rental out of my pocket. I was never kept informed of the status of my repair unless I called. I was lied to about a part that they were waiting for and things were blamed on the pandemic or the parts manager not giving the adjuster all the info he needed. All of those delays caused me to have to pay over $800 for a car rental. I realize that I was going to have to pay out of pocket for a car but I never thought it would be for over a month. At no time did I ever feel like anything was being done to expedite my repair. I brought my car here because this is where I bought it thinking I would be taken care of. I was not. The only positive thing are the two women that answer the phones at your front desk- they are courteous, respectful and actually do what they say they will. I am already having to bring my car back because of a defective piece of equipment-how am I supposed to feel confident that the rest of my repair was done with integrity and expertise? And my battery was run down while in your care - it's a 2 year old car, the battery should not have died 3 days after it was returned to me.

I understand there's supply chain issues, but repairs took almost 2 months. Additionally, the keyfob no longer works with hands-free entry and lock door features. When asking to get it fixed, the collision center (who is responsible for it no longer functioning) said it's not their problem and to go to the Honda dealership instead. Finally, there was debris in the trunk from repairs that weren't cleaned up.
