We were extremely pleased with the gentleman that helped us. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He also went out of his way to contact the insurance company we were dealing with when they wouldn't respond to us. When I was suppose to pick my car up they would tell me it’s not ready the day of instead of calling me to let me know it’s not done yet. The second time I called them the day before my car was suppose to be done and it wasn’t done again. That happened 2 more times before is was suppose to be done. I had to call and ask every single time. Not once did they call me first to tell me they need to push the pick up date back. I don’t care that the date kept getting pushed back, but the way they did not communicate anything to me. I had to talk to my Geico claims person and they would get the answer for me.

Negatives: It took several weeks longer to complete the repair than I was originally told, I was not completely informed about the repairs, there was a part left in my backseat after the vehicle was returned to me, and due to how long it took I had to take additional time off of work because I was told that the car would be fixed by a certain date and not informed that it would not be until the day of.
Positives: After the second delay I was given a temporary vehicle to drive. The associates I spoke with were polite. The repair was completed correctly and I have not had any issues with the vehicle since I got it back.

I had windshield cowle replaced due to some storm damage. I didn't file an insurance claim, I paid for it myself. I also had an oil change that day.
I asked 3 times to have my bill explained to me and still could not understand why I owed $141.92 but my receipt said $126.83. I paid my bill of $141.92 and asked for a copy of all paperwork. Also, when I got out to my car the trip button had been used. I never use it. Then I compared my mileage when I arrived to after the oil change. It was off about 99 miles. I feel like my car was used for personal use that day. The dealership kept my car all day until they were about to close. I do not trust what went on with my car. Although the part was replaced and the oil was changed I think someone used my car for personal use and I will not forget that.

They were very slow with completing work on my car overall and did not do a proper job. When I originally went to pick up my vehicle it wasn't ready. None of the interior cleaning and detailing was done. I spoke with the lady Jessica who assured me it would be done. I also asked her to enter code for my radio which also wasn't done when I went to pick up my car for the final time. They did a poor job fixing my glove box and it looks like they only vacuumed and wiped down my car and charged 150.00 for that. My only pleasant experience was dealing with the nice young woman who worked behind the collision desk.

We needed the windshield replaced. We were told the company that looked at it said they couldn’t do the job.
We asked to have someone else look at it, I thought it would be best to do it at a shop. We asked if they could send it to someone that could do the job.
I left the car for weeks while trying to get the glass replaced.
We have the car back and still need a windshield for it.
If you want us to be satisfied with the service find someone who will replace the glass.

I was not kept up to date on the progress of the repairs on my car. Neither was my ins co or car rental office. I was called and told my car needed to be kept for another 4 days. The next day the car rental office called and told me I needed to turn my car in that evening. I wasn’t told when my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call and find out myself. When I picked up my car it had additional damage to the other side of my car that I was told that you would fix but I have been told when.

I came in with my claim and car to be inspected and make an appointment. At that time I was told 2 days. I dropped my car off and in the afternoon of my second day after hearing nothing all day I called and was told it would be probably be another 6 days because they don’t fix wheels there. Well the wheel repairs were on the claim and on the car when it was inspected prior to setting up an appointment. During the next 6 days I had to call to get an update. I would call the person directly and it would go to voicemail. I would then hang up, call the main number, and get transferred to the person handling my car and they would answer. This was the only way I got an update. Had I been told 8 days up front I would have gone elsewhere. I will in the future including the next time I purchase a vehicle.

Our problems were waiting for parts mostly which we understand and accept, waiting for the damaged areas/items to be found and repaired, waiting for the damage extents to be completely recognized and evaluated, and then dealing with the GEICO attempts to “nickel and dime us” on certain broken/damaged items that were “probably failed/degraded before the accident due to wear and tear, such as being rusty”. In general, we were satisfied with the efforts and results of the Collision Center. However, we are still carefully test driving the returned car in small increments over slowly increasing miles and road conditions to prove to us that it is repaired to our satisfaction before we return it to full use.

They did a good job painting my truck that was on recall. They were accommodating and pleasant to work with. When I found out that my truck was leaking water I notified them and the problem was taken care of.
