After a week of looking the vehicle over, their are a few paint runs, swirls. There was a lot of dust inside the interior. I live 45 mins away so I wish it were gone over in more detail, as far as making sure the paint was flawless as possible, and the whole inside vacuumed and all the dust wiped off the inside of the RAV4. All of the people that I had interaction with were very nice.

I had to wait a month to get in to see them and the repair was not done the first time. They missed my damage to the truck of the car so I had to take it back the following week to get repaired. If I hadn’t done my own walk through around the vehicle, and called the service team to check on my car, it would not have been covered and the repair wouldn’t have been done without me paying another deductible. Walk throughs should be done before and after you pick up a repair service vehicle. The estimated time for my car was “Thursday by the very latest”, and the vehicle was done just in time by closing on Friday night. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Learn communication with the owner of the vehicles as well as insurance (Nationwide does not own the vehicle) and some humility to admit when you screwed up. My vehicle repairs were done satisfactory but the lack of communication was insulting.

It took so long for the parts to come in. One part was actually shipped incorrectly so the car had to stay even longer. There was a small nick on the driver’s side quarter panel. I had to pay almost $1000 out of pocket for the continued use of the rental car after the insurance stopped paying. I was on a list to get a loaner vehicle, but that never happened. i’m not sure how much of all these things could be controlled. but i do think some of them could have been.

The repair was excellent, it looks brand new (as a 2021 car with only 3300 miles on it should.) I understand the parts supply chain issues that caused the repair to stretch to nearly 2 months - but a little bit more communication would have been comforting, instead of my wondering if my car was sold overseas or something haha. A weekly call, or a text when the parts were delayed- something to keep me informed. One other small issue - my car smelled faintly of marijuana. Instead of the brand new car smell, I had an odor lingering - likely a transfer from someone’s clothing into the fabric of the seats. Has to use a bit of Febreze and air it out. Maybe hate a word with the employees that move the cars around that people like me in federal law enforcement aren’t a fan of that smell.

My vehicle was given back to me dirty. I keep a clean interior and I had foot prints all in my car and a print on my passenger seat. My radio and modifications were also messed with and I had exterior collision work done, nothing to do with my interior. Pretty sure my car wasn't disinfected either and we're still going through a pandemic.
