They were supposed to make reservation with the rental company for a comparable car. When I went to said rental company to pick up car, they had no reservation. I did not get comparable car. Also, was told it was a Monday-Friday job. It was not completed and had to have the rental car over a weekend with extra expense.

The repair was done well and I greatly appreciate the use of a loaner vehicle when the work ended up taking longer than initially estimated. At that time, there was some confusion in arranging the vehicle which took some time in figuring out, after which I was assured my van would be topped off with fuel when it was done as a compensation for the back and forth. This was the only thing that wasn't done when I picked up my vehicle and I didn't initially notice as I was hurrying home so my wife could take the kids to an evening appointment.

When my husband and I went to drop the Subaru off, we were asked to wait for an individual so we could do a walk around. We were there with two fussy infants, and ew waited, and waited. After almost half an hour, my husband went back to the front desk to ask what was going on, and the individual who was supposed to do the walk around was just leaving for the day...without any comment to us and after we waited for half an hour. It really set the tone and put a bad taste in our mouth. The accident already wasn't our fault, we had a long day at work, and the girls were off schedule. It was a thoughtless move and honestly overshadows any other part of the transaction.
