I was satisfied with the repair (to the rear bumper); however, the only discrepancy was that the trunk's interior trim side covers/paneling was not adequately re-assembled (plastic panel screws missing, trim piece not secured, etc).

After meeting with Harris to get an estimate, I decided Koons was the place I was going to take my car. Harris set my mind at ease and I knew my car would be in good hands. Once the car was in the shop, I communicated with Dave Gladhart. He also was outstanding. I received daily updates via e-mails, throughout the repair. The estimate was 4 days. The cars was complete and looked like new in 3 days. Koons Collision did a fabulous job!! I hope I do not have to revisit Koons anytime soon but If I have to have body work to my car, I will definitely return to Koons.
