Claim was handled efficiently. Laura and Dave kept me informed on progress. The repair looks good although I was hoping the paint match on the front bumper would be a little better. I know it's hard to match new paint with 2 yr old paint that's around it. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have taken a vehicle to Koons and I always recommend you to my friends.

I left my car with Koons Collision Repair for 2 weeks for repairs. When I picked the car up I found numerous problems that had not been fully repaired and, due to the very poor quality of work will need to bring the car back in for them to rectify.
