The alignment is off and it shakes when I'm driving 55 to 60 mph and I told the adjuster this when the vehicle was dropped off to koons.

Although the repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was updated with the progress daily, I only had one problem with the service. At the rear of the vehicle where the work as completed, I noticed quite a bit of dust and debris at the rear door and near the storage compartment above the spare tire. The debris and dust is also inside the storage compartment. The debris has also created a weird smell within the vehicle. Like I said, I was satisfied with the work done to the vehicle but I was not happy to see the contents of the storage area not returned back to where they were found and to see the debris/dust inside the compartment.

There was damage to the drivers side roof of the car several small indentations. This wasn't there upon delivery of the car. I noticed the damage as soon as I got home. I notified the dealer and left a message I haven't heard anything else back yet.
