The repairs were not satisfactorily completed. I took the car directly from Koonz Body Shop to a local BMW dealership 3 blocks away. The dealership immediately found additional damage right in the area that Koonz Body Shop just finished making repairs. Based on the BMW assessment, supplemental repairs will be needed to make the car whole. Koonz simply missed readily detectable damage.

I was not comfortable with the cooperation on the front end. My hub cap was damaged from the wreck and was told "it is curb damage" and that's why it wasn't replaced. I have to call back to make sure an allignment check was done.
