Your paperwork process needs some work. I was asked to sign a financial liability firm before anyone even looked at my car. When I came to pick it up I was asked to sign the release prior to even seeing my car or checking the work. The woman at the reception desk seemed quite peterbed at my 'nerve' to question her and provided a very circular reasoning when I asked why I was signing a form agreeing to pay before I even knew what was being fixed it covered. call if you care to get additional details. ****-****-xxxx. I have a bad opinion of Koons auto empire in general because of John Koons, Sr.s' nasty remarks and refusal to cooperate with efforts to preserve Civil War fortification remains on his property in Falls Church years ago.
