There was no reminder that I had an appointment. When I arrived the repair file was not pulled. It was as if the admin section was not aware of my appointment.
when I picked up the truck there was a black smudge mark on the area where the repairs were made. I was just glad that it was a smudge/grease mark rather then an area that was not taken care of.

Repaired piece doesn't look the same as the other side of the vehicle. Was told thats all they can do with it because it is how the clips fit holding it in place.
They can even it by refitting my truck bed. Im not gonna have you guys refit a new trucks bed when they couldn't get this piece correctly. Debating having another autobody shop look at it to see if it is done correctly.

It's unrealistic to believe that parts aren't available on a particular date but 4 months later they are. Initial estimate to repair car was $1700 that later turned into $3000 more. Getting that expensive part took only a day or 2. Technician needs more training. Talked to the manager and USAA and neither could find a way to get my car done sooner. This is not how you get a customer to recommend others to bring their car to your place to get fixed.
