The pick up and drop off from Enterprise was a nice accomodation. The only suggestion I would have is to not send texts saying the vehicle is scheduled for completion that day, when it doesn't end up that way. But the people are nice and professional, and the car looks good as new, so all's well.

Okay, here we go. I've used Lacey Collision for the past 20 years. They have always backed all guarantees, and continue to do great work. My recent repair, considering the age of the vehicle (1994 Ford Thunderbird) was completed to my satisfaction, and I know there were some issues along the way, however Lacey Collision came through and found what they needed to get the repair job done. Overall I give the paint job a 10, reassemble 9 (I found a few extra small pieces and tube not connected,which was no big deal, just fixed it myself). Timeliness 9.4. Yes I would recommend Lacey Collision to any and all. So my final Rating this time around I give big thanks and smiles with a rating of 9.7. Customer service earns a 10, because of friendliness and good looking. I look forward to using your services again, when needed. Thank you very much, Mr. James Robert Pollard.
