In for oil change. Forgot you do not include safety check, fluid fill upstairs and tire rotation. I am spoiled by my dealer, Toyota of Olympia. Overall, it was a solid experience. However, I had 2 claims on my car and someone at the front desk divulged that to an insurance rep without my permission, which created an issue for me as tgat rep immediately contacted me concerning the other claim, which they should not have known about. I specifically asked that that information not be shared to Nick. Nick dod a great job handling my claims. I'm hoping there will be no issues with the insurance claim I have due to the information being shared.
