Since you were unable to complete the repair on our Honda Fit, and the car ended up being considered a total loss, we are not at all satisfied! We spent weeks thinking we were going to be getting our car back, and then shocked to find out the repairs could not be completed. We had been receiving texts for days telling us that everything was on schedule for the repairs to be completed. And then it wasn't.
