We were told that they couldn’t even look at the car for at least 4 weeks. The looked at it that evening and recommend it be totaled. They called the insurance company and myself the next day and started everything in motion. Thank you so much!

I was very impressed with the condition my car was returned in: clean, timely and reasonable price for the repairs.
The reason I am writing this however, is because a couple small areas on the driver side back door and side mirror were overlooked that should have been buffed out and touched up with paint. I thought about bringing the car back but time constraints have prevented that, I didn’t know if I’d have to leave it there again, etc. I’m about to order touch-up paint online but if you think I should come back, I’ll try to arrange that. I was told that the bumper had to be removed from my mustang, and be completely sanded down/repainted. When I picked up the car late Friday it was dark and I told the office person that I am unable to inspect the repair, he informed me that there is a 100% guarantee. On Sunday when I drove the car I noticed horizontal lines in the paint, I took pics of the issue then went back to Lacey Collision on Monday to speak with my specialist, The repair still has not been completed to my satsifaction
