I moved my vehicle to another shop as i questioned what was on my estimate to the point of where my vehicle was going to be totalled based of your estimate. The estimate had items on it that should not have been on there that didn't even need replaced. It was clear between the Estimator and the adjustor that you did not want to work on my vehicle per what the adjustor told me.

Communication about when the car would be done would have been nice. I was told it was only going to take ****-2 more days and it ended up being a week, I had to reach out to find out when it was going to be done. So better communication would have been nice!

Everything on the dashboard was switched around. For instance it was changed to a radio station, the information directly in front of me was changed, the battery was disconnected so that messed up the GPS mapping. I was able to correct it all but it would have been nice if everything had been put back the way it was originally. My suggestion is for you take a picture of the dashboard and return everything to exactly where it was. It would be a nice courtesy. Other than that the service and the work were excellent.
