First of all getting in contact with Richard who was working on my truck was absolutely hell. I had to call him for updates and he made decisions without even contacting me first. My bumper was put on with a **** inch gap on one side and a ****/2inch gab on the other. My canopy was on crooked, my truck wasn’t even buffed nor was it washed. There was specs of dirt still left in the clear coat from not buffing it. I was threatened I’d be charged a holding fee because I couldn’t get to the shop when it was done, A DAY LATER THAN EXPECTED. I wasted 2 days coming to get my truck because I was told it was done and it wasn’t, that’s a waste of my time. A call would have been nice letting me know it wasn’t done.
With all that being said the paint job isn’t bad .
Overall satisfaction -5/10, very unimpressed with your guys customer service.

It took way too long to complete the work. The estimate was over-inflated. My car didn’t work when I picked it up and you all didn’t take responsibility. I had to have my own mechanic fix it.

Picked it up and it sounded broke still. I brought it back and you guys put on the lift and said you fixed it and it wasn't even made the same sound after you guys test drove it. I put it on a lift and within 3 min. I found out the rear **** mount was broke so I fixed it and now my car is fixed
