Wasn't kept up to date about status of repairs as promised. Don't get me wrong, Oscar did do a very good job, but could improve on status updates. I also noticed damages to the dashboard that were not there prior to being taken to you guys. But again, Oscar has already said that he would take care of it.
On a brighter note, the car looks really good and drives just as before, from what i can tell so far, so kudos to the auto body shop on that subject!

The repair was good. I'm not satisfied with the mess your staff left in my vehicle. I have white stuff on my driver side mat and also on the passenger side carpet by the door from whatever they have to do to paint. And I didn't bring my vechicle to your staff in that condition.

Though repairs were made over the Thanksgiving holiday, everything pretty much stayed on schedule. Edward (working with Farmers) was great with communicating to me when everything would be completed.
The guys that actually did the body & paint work did an awesome job! My Jeep looks brand new! AND I was soooo excited to get it back cleaned AND detailed!! It looks great!
