Never thought taking my car into the body shop would be this easy and enjoyable. The staff was so incredibly friendly - I couldn't have been happier! The work that was done was excellent and my car looked good as new when it was completed. I'll defjnitely be taking my car back if anything like this happens again.

There were many small things I found wrong/not so pleasing after picking up my vehicle. Although small, to me, and when added up makes out to be a huge problem. After 10 days of being at the River Oaks repair shop, I was just happy to finally pick up my vehicle, I don't want to seem petty about the things I found but I think it would make for great customer satisfaction for the customer to not have to find a number of small things wrong that could've easily been taken care of if the employee(s) of River Oaks Chrysler Jeep had taken that extra 5 mins to do. It may have just been an oversight/carelessness on the part of the employee(s) because I just don't think it was intentional; nonetheless it made a difference in my overall satisfaction!!
