I cannot thank the staff enough at River Oaks Chrysler Jeep for taking care of my Grand Cherokee after a recent accident. I could have chosen numerous other shops for the repairs, but I love my Jeep and wanted an experienced and reputable company to do the work. I initially chose River Oaks for it's convenient location as well as being a Jeep dealership then found out very quickly that I'd made the right choice due to the outstanding level of customer service I received from my River Oaks representative, Edward Carmack. From the moment I spoke with Edward, he put my mind at ease that he and the staff at River Oaks were going to take care of my Jeep in a proficient and timely manner. From getting the body work done, the warranty work I requested, replacing a turn signal bulb, and to the daily text updates I received on the status of my Jeep, I picked up my beautifully repaired and beautifully cleaned Jeep when promised and with all repairs completed. Many thanks and appreciation to Edward and everyone involved in taking care of my Jeep. My Jeep looks fabulous and I'm a very happy River Oaks Chrysler Jeep customer!
