Edward was great; however, after I picked up the jeep after two weeks, the wheel almost fell off while driving down the freeway and I had to pull over. He had to send a tow truck to pick me up and go straight back to the dealership. The mechanic said that one of the bolts was loose.
That's a pretty scary mistake, considering I could've had an accident and someone could've been seriously injured or killed.
