Repairs took a month. When car was picked up discovered damage on a part that was replaced and the part had to be reordered and is still not in yet. So from start to finish it has been 2 months and the car is still not completely repaired.

I would like to say yes since the staff was very professional and accommodating but a trim piece that was on the estimate and we paid for was glued and not replaced. This was a mistake and they have the part but it requires me going back again. I don't get to medford often so I need to find time to go back now. The staff was very nice so I hate to complain but they should of checked that all was completed and never should have glued a trim piece that was cracked in 2 places on my new car.

We ended up trading in our vehicle right after our minor body & paint repairs were completed. Due to the excellent job done by Lithia Body & Paint of Medford, we received top dollar on our trade in (per KBB).
