It took forever. It was originally delivered with the Bumper crooked with a huge gap. New used headlight wash all yellowed and hazy. Did not match original equipment headlight on other side. Numerous piece-meal attempts to get bumper straight, when all it required was to order and replace ALL the mounting brackets the FIRST TIME. Instead you had my vehicle out of commission forever. I should not have had to come in, week after week, to tell you how it should look. It should have been right the first time. The paint work is still not correct. I need to "bring it by" to have them work on the fender and hopefully make it look right.

All looked fine when I picked up the car. I don't have passengers in the back seat often, but recently discovered that the locking system on the door that was repaired does not work, so a passenger in the back driver's seat can't get out unless the door is opened from the outside. I am dropping the car off at Lithia VW for the period of October 14-November 14, and am hoping that you can fix this during that time.....I called and set up an appointment, and they will be contacting you. thanks.
