My driverside door makes a terrible noise everytime I open it.

Car wasn't ready when we hoped it would be. We needed to make several calls, checking on progress. Car, itself, looks excellent. Just felt communication from the office could've been a bit better. No biggie.

My Jeep looked like new when I got it back. Your repair was quick. We are very satisfied with your service.

Scheduling was easy. I was kept updated daily. The work looks great. There was one minor rattle after that was fixed in five minutes when I bright it back. All went very well

the truck seemed well repaired at first, but a few days later, the door lock started sticking, and I couldn't get in the driver's side door. I've since found that if I don't shove the key all the way in that I have no problem. but the lock has tilted more and more, there's a tear in the door vinal that wasn't attended to, small but as the car gets older it will split...for a while the window really scraped but it has settled down. and there's something I can't quite recall that is a minor problem with the wind stripping. oh, and the front fender is a little out of alignment. all minor issues I and the truck can live with, but the 2nd week had me worried. the truck has shaken most of it off, but it would have been nice not to have gone through that. I would come back if I needed another repair. unless it's an absolute fiasco that is based on carelessness, I always give people a second chance. I would prefer never to have another accident, though! best, Cornelia

You all were very professional, did exceptional work, (I should have painted the whole truck to match the excellent job you all did where the repairs where done!!) Super fast turn around time also. There is one flaw on the side of my vehicle that was repaired, the color matching is excellent! I do not care for the shiny "tire black," just not what I do! That will vanish in time. Nice job. I will recommend your body shop to those I know.

The only way the service could have been improved was to do it faster (it took several days to complete the repair) - but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't critical this time.

Repairs were made to return the car like it was before the damage. It was finished before the estimated time of repair. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Our car was repaired to drivable condition, only part not put on was a emblem. We were told the emblem woukd be in the the next day and car ready for pick up. It ended being 4 days and we ended owing more for our rental then insurance would cover. Ended up costing is out of pocket and we had to tell them to give our car back. Emblem was not installed until after. if you let us get our car back when it was ready to drive and we could of brought it back in for the emblem when it arrived. Would not of cost us money we did not have.

Jonathan Larsen did an excellent job taking care of our BMW and kept us well informed. He is easy to work with. If we need auto body work in the future we will be back. John ****

Excellent service and they kept in touch with updates every day. My car was finished when they said it would be.

For whatever reason the interior lights were left on in the van. This caused the battery to run down and rather than tracking down why the van was returned to me. I dropped it off for my wife and the van started so I was unsure what was going on. When my wife got off at 10:00PM and I had to go jump her we then discovered the lights were on. Once they were turned off that problem was solved. In addition the drivers seat belt was not reassembled right and it would not properly retract. My wife has to make an additional trip to your facility to get that fixed. It was quick and it was free and people were nice but it was an unnecessary 40 mile trip. I noticed when I was in your waiting room that there is a large sign in the shop that states something along the lines of, "the job isn't done until it is done right." Now you need your service techs to actually read the sign and take it to heart. Other than that the actual repair seems to be fine. The sunroof works as new. Thank you. There is no need for anyone to call. The problems have been resolved and now hopefully you are aware of them and can insure others don't have the same experience. There is nothing else that your company can do at this point.

The Lithia's team from the time I got the estimate until the time I picked up my Acadia seven days later kept me informed about what was being done and everything was perfect when I picked up my car. Thank you for your professional team work and making this a good experience. Sharon L
