The repair looks great but I was told my vehicle was washed afterwards and it was still dirty. Plus who ever got into my vehicle last left white powder and shoe prints all over the floor, door jam and powder on my seat.

Over two months seemed like a bit too long compared to other companies we have used previously

The communication was excellent on the status of my truck and done earlier than promised.

I brought my Jeep in for an estimate and it was returned after consultant Scott **** closed the case and said there was no damage. The tire carrier gate attached to my bumper would not open (it used to before the accident) I took my jeep home and removed my bumper myself a couple of weeks later to try and determine why gate would not open and found there was damage to the frame the bumper is attached to. There was also damage to the rear gate of my jeep. It had obvious damage. I returned my Jeep to Lithia for them to look at and got and adjusted estimate and an appointment in January to start work. I brought my Jeep in on Jan 13th and it was returned on the 27th without a bumper at all. When Scott returned my adjusted estimate he stated "They are the only 2 OEM options for a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. So for the bumper I estimated $100.00 for a fabricated bumper, but if costs more we can adjust it. As I said though, I do not know of any outfit that makes them." I have never gotten a reply from Scott Tammy Peterson was helping me because my license plate was missing and the obvious missing bumper and tire carrier and she said that Scott was going to contact me about the bumper and I still have never heard from Scott. Tammy has been Great and the body work looks great.

The work done was great. The fact that my vehicle was with you for over a week before the work actually started is crazy.

The bumper dose not look good the left side doesn't look the way it supposto it looks bumpy

Beautiful job and really appreciate the clean car but I had asked if the front windshield could be replaced at my expense was told no problem $410 but at pick up it wasn’t done so will know arrange with a glass shop to replace. Otherwise, great job and done early.

I believe that the repairs in my toyota were not reported to my insurance company with thought about the finished product the uniformity and replacement value of my vehicle...the headlight housing was repaired on one side of my car , leaving the old housing not updated on the other side ( now the headlights look compleatly differnt, it does not make sence that althought the damage was on the other side it still should have been part of the claim, in the fact that now my car looks bad and i cannot see the road out of the other side, diffienrent housing , it makes it look like my vehicle was made of differnt parts , meaning it was not replacement value for before the accident..I spoke to my insurence and it would have been covered under uniformitty

Staff was very professional and accommodating to my busy schedule. Work was completed In a timely fashion and the vehicle was cleaner upon delivery than when I dropped it off. Very much appreciated being picked up from my home.
