In addition, the front end staff were great to work with.

This is the second time I have needed major body work done and both have been exemplary. This time, there was a minor electrical issue in the door on return, but they promptly made a follow up appointment in a reasonable time frame and resolved it the same day of the appointment. They stand behind their service and do it well. Hopefully, I won’t need another repair job, but I can trust my car is in good hands if needed.

After my car first arrived to lithia, no one communicated with me that the car would just be sitting and waiting for ordered parts to arrive so I kept calling asking for updates and I was always just told it was waiting in the queue to get to the mechanics bay. When I picked up my car the door was not even on the Frame and some of the trim was not fully attached so they had to take it back to finish those little repairs

It was hard to get an idea of when the car would be ready. We were told a certain time period (I think a week to 10 days). As the days approached the 10 day mark, we heard nothing of status. Since we live in Ashland and have to coordinate picking up the car, we needed some advance notice to plan. We called two times for a status. The first time, I left a message with the receptionist to ask the scheduler to give me a call back. No call. The second time, same thing. Finally in the end, we were just called to say, "Car is ready". I think it was only a day or two after the 10 day mark, but it would have been nice to get a call back to get an understanding of ****) what work they saw needed to get done after the deeper inspection and 2) timing of readiness. But the work is EXCELLENT! And folks are friendly when you can get a hold of them and I'd use Lithia anytime!

Issues have already been addressed by Steve Potter
Final inspection before delivery of vehicle either rushed or sloppy. Paint runs, missing parts, debris from accident left under driver's seat. License plates weren't even put on the car until we came to pick it up.

Incomplete job. If you don't have the parts, you should not ask clients to drop off the car. It's sad you are such a big name, yet so unorganized.
