Car was returned a mess inside - contents of glovebox strewn throughout the backseat, headrests off and laying in the backseat; I was not kept informed on status - job took twice as long as promised; estimate was twice as much and I was not told until day of pick up. Very poor service. Disappointing at best. Did not do final inspection prior to releasing car to me.

The Cook team is professional and courteous. They walked me through the whole process. Within two months I had to leave my car with Cooks for two unrelated reasons. The team called the rental car company to have a rental car ready for me both times. I think what I appreciated most was getting a clean car back both interior and exterior. Customer Service is their specialty.
