That's a ton to Lisa for the regular contact. It really helped to understand the state of the repair. That constant communication was aided a lot by the flowchart that was shared with me on my contract, something I've never seen before but it really helped set my expectations. A really good experience after an unfortunate fender-bender (actually a badly damaged door). Everyone I encountered and worked with was professional, thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant. It really was seamless. And that included the connection with Enterprise that meant that when I brought my car in, a loaner was ready; and I simply dropped it off at Murray’s when I came back to pick mine up. I hope I never have another accident but there’s not the slightest doubt where I’ll go. ps They adjusted their rates (down) to align with the insurance company’s estimate.
