I had a tough time getting accurate information. People were friendly, but people pleasing rather than accurate. When you give me only optimistic timelines but then don’t deliver, it’s a little frustrating because I plan around those things. When you’re missing a car and a person in a busy household, that missed time throws everything out of whack. Also, I was promised a detailing and a wash and that didn’t happen. Felt like I was upsold.
