I think I should get rewards for the entire bill not just my deducible. Buerkley got the full amount because I chose to take my car to your shop. I could have gone many places. Great job. One thing, please make sure to do a better job of cleaning up next time. The work done was to replace head liner; there was white dust from this process that I had to clean up by wiping the interior down, which should've been done by the tech.

The repairs were fine, it was the time it took and the fact that you kept my car for so long that was the problem. My car was drivable and when it was discovered that you had to order parts that wouldn’t be in for a week, I should have been updated and given the option to take it home and return it when the parts arrived. There should have been more frequent updates/better communication.
