To have your catalytic converter stolen when you are out of town on holiday was a most depressing experience. We got the news as we stepped of the plane in Key West, FL. Through the efforts of friends, our insurance agent and the Body Shop at Buerkle it was repaired and was ready to be picked up when we returned. Thank you for all the effort you did to get this Honda Element back on the road. The vehicle is not worth much but with after market parts it is back in operation and being a Honda should roll many more miles. Thank you

We are waiting for the windshield to be fixed, the glass has been ordered and TC Auto Glass has been in contact. We were also disappointed in the way the truck was not cleaned up after the job was done. Dirty windows that were replaced, exterior with sticky stuff all over, new headliner with dirt all over it. We were very disappointed.

Her New Bum Bums is Perfect! Very Satisfied! The only Thing I was a little Disappointed with getting the rental I thought Hyuandi collision center would Get the rental so I thought everything was squared away upon dropping my car off was not informed anything this was my first Time having to get a rental so I was confused on what to do. I think Hannah (Not sure if that was her name ) informed me that no I was the one who had to get so I had to spend time trying to get a rental and was advised that I may have to wait another month out to get it fixed but I ended getting it Resolved she Helped Fix My Problem she was very Patient and I Thank her for Going above and beyond to help me get this problem fixed and I was still able to bring my car in the Next day no Problem with getting a rental as well! Thank You!
