I appreciate the thorough repair job. I was also very happy that you were able to return my Honda CR-V one day ahead of schedule so that I could have my AWD vehicle before a snowstorm. You handled everything with the insurance company of the responsible party. I received courtesy service from start to finish.
The only downside of the experience is that your schedule is several weeks out. The first available drop-off date was about 3~4 weeks out from when I initially met with you. If you could trim the timeline somehow, your service would be near perfect. I once took my Honda Civic to another repair shop because they could start on my car quicker. I now regret this because the quality of the repair was lacking.

I give you a 9.5 out of 10. The workmanship is excellent, the car looks great. You kept me informed throughout the process. The only thing I was not happy about was how long the repair took. I expected it to be finished in **** week given the relatively small amount of damage; 8 business days just seems excessive. I cost me more in car rental fees that what I had to pay for my insurance deductible. That said, if I need a collision repair shop again, I would bring my car to Northside Collision and I have recommended your business to friends.

Overall satisfied but would have liked a shorter duration for the scheduled repair and appointment. If I knew the schedule was backed up I would have waited until the Spring or when business slowed down with the vehicle being legal to drive with just bumper damage.
