I am not yet satisfied with the repairs to my van. I was told it would be ready at 4pm on Friday the 16th of September. When I called to be sure it was going to be ready I was told it was still to be detailed so it would not be ready until the following morning. On Saturday morning I stopped in and paid my deductible. I then went out to inspect the van with one of your employees. After going over the repairs and the instructions on caring for the fresh paint I noticed what I thought was dust on the side window where there had been a scrape from the hoof of the deer that hit me. Upon further inspection I found it to be deep scratches in the glass. Your employee was not happy to see that and took a photo of it to show that you needed to order me a new window. We could see that the inside molding of the door was not quite right and upon opening the door we found the door frame was cracked. Your employee immediately called for a rental car for me and was very apologetic. When I inspected the inside of the car I found it to also have an issue with the headliner. It was not secured properly and there were two greasy black hand prints on it right above the passenger seat. The dash was basically just wiped off and it was lightly vacuumed. It was not the detailing job I expected. So as it stands right now I am still waiting for my van to be completed. I expect to be hearing from you on Monday with a new delivery date that is hopefully sooner than later.

Completely satisfied with the work. Suggest you set expectations for completions appropriately.

Car looked brand new.

One mix up with text messages.. Rec'd one that said car was on track to be ready on a specific date. A few days later another text message saying down to the wire, you'll be notified if there are delays.. I never got a message about a delay so came on the date to pick up the car. It wasn't ready, and I was told that I would have been called if it was ready. Not a big deal to me, but would be to others. So I guess people should know that they should only come when they get a phone call and have an appointment to pick up the vehicle.

I very much appreciate the effort they took to fit me in before I moved and the timely manner in which they repaired my vehicle. Thank you!
