My car had great work done to it- it’s as if it’s brand new! Everyone has been super nice. However, I am a little disappointed in the amount of updates/ communication I got. There was an issue with the insurance during the time and the shop never contacted me beforehand to have me solve it. Other than that, I am satisfied with the work done.

I don't think it should've taken 4 bus days to put on 7 plastic bumper pieces. You had me drop my car off a week later than my original schedule drop off date to make sure u had all the parts that's fine but somebody should have looked at those parts to make sure they were acceptable. When I called on fri I was told that you recv'd 3 damaged bumper covers. There was no painting to be done. One other thing you automated texting saying car scheduled to be done 9/19 is standard based on $ amount so I was told 2x. Rounding off $650 damage / 5 days equals $130. If I had $3k in damage would my car be there a month? Otherwise I'm happy with how smoothly thing went when I was in the shop and how the truck looked when I picked it up.
