There was black goo/oil all over inside of back passenger door window (this door was replaced). Was very happy that a rental car was provided but repairs took over 40 days which was way too long. Also appreciated excellent washing/detailing of car.

They had my car for almost 4 weeks, way way too long. Upon pickup, hood did not align correctly, passenger light casing not installed properly, front bumper cover was lose and not installed properly, therefore the car was refused. I also had to wait 3 days for safelite to come and install a new windshield. Had to go back to enterprise to get a rental car. As promised, my car was not ready the following day. My car was not ready until late Friday afternoon. Only to find 5 hairline scratches on the new hood. Adam at NORTHSIDE buffed them out while I waited.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and how can I help from Alma. From there I felt cared for, she set up our car rental details, and we had a special circumstance which took Alma very little time to find a solution. Troy then looked are car and felt the repair was straight forward. So my husband and I dropped our car off the following week at the time agreed, are car rental showed up soon after and off we went. Our car was completed a day early and cleaned INSIDE (we have a two year old)and out!
