Communication in the beginning was great! Text messages were very helpful. But towards the end they were non existent and confusing. Other than that people were cordial and ready to fix a problem if it came up. Alma, at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with.

Your generic text messages are confusing. I was told you would call, but was also told you would text.I don't know that the text's are just generic. My rental car company gave me a contract until 11-17-17 at 4 pm. So I was surprised my car wasn't ready without any other notification that it wasn't going to be done. Rick took car of it and I did get my car. I had filled up my rental car and then had to drive around again. I thank you for taking care and getting the car to me.
