I am very pleased with the repair to my door; however, there is a scum on my window that only becomes obvious in the rain. This condition actually limits my visions when raining at night. I revisited your collision center and discussed this situation with Justin. His first comment was this was caused by my windshield wipers. However, I pointed out that I didn’t have this problem prior to having my car repaired. As a result if this discussion, he brought out some cleaner and steelwool and cleaned my window. Unfortunately, I still have scum marks when there is moisture on my window and I feel it is a safety issue, especially at night when it is raining.
